Preview of Titans #10 Unveils the Team’s Newest Enemy

Demons squabbling amongst themselves is a common sight in the DC Universe, especially when you’re the offspring of Trigon and a part of the formidable Titans. In a thrilling twist, Titans #10, crafted by Tom Taylor and Lucas Meyer, introduces a fresh, hellish menace that poses a threat to Raven and her comrades.

The new adversary is a young demon named Trilogy, who harbors a deep resentment towards Raven. The sneak peek reveals Trilogy pilfering a magical staff from Trigon’s arsenal, possibly to challenge Raven and the Titans. Intriguingly, Trigon is aware of the theft and is banking on Trilogy to unwittingly further his own schemes for his daughter.

Unraveling the Mystery of Titans’ New Adversary Trilogy

The current Titans series has brought back the character of Trilogy. First seen during the 2023 Lazarus Planet event, Trilogy, like Raven, is a half-demon offspring of Trigon. Unlike his half-sister, Trilogy willingly embraced his demonic lineage and transformed into a full-fledged demon.

Throughout the new Titans series, Trilogy has been seen grumbling about Trigon’s favoritism towards Raven. His incessant griping has not endeared him to his father, nor has it given Trilogy an opportunity to prove his mettle. Even if we disregard Raven’s extensive experience in battling demons, Trilogy would stand little chance against her, especially now that she has succumbed to her dark side.

The new Dark Raven is ruthless but shrewd enough to play the long game. She plans to corrupt the Titans from within, turning them into her obedient generals before taking over the Earth. However, Trigon, lacking patience, seems to be prodding Trilogy to force Dark Raven to reveal her true self sooner than she intended.

Titans #10 will be available online and in comic book stores everywhere on April 16, 2024.
