Get ready for a chilling adventure as a seemingly harmless job at a marijuana farm spirals into a nightmare in Ariel Vida’s Trim Season. Blue Harbor Entertainment has perfectly timed the release of the trailer to coincide with the 4/20 celebrations this weekend.
Mark your calendars as Trim Season is set to hit the theaters and be available on demand from June 7, 2024.
Helmed by the acclaimed filmmaker and production designer Ariel Vida, Trim Season features Bethlehem Million (known for Sick and “And Just Like That…”) in the role of Emma, a directionless young woman in her twenties in search of purpose. She, along with a group of youngsters from Los Angeles, embarks on a journey up the coast to earn some quick money by trimming marijuana at a secluded farm in Northern California.
Isolated from the rest of the world, they soon discover that Mona (Jane Badler), the seemingly friendly owner of the estate, is hiding secrets far more sinister than they could have ever imagined. It’s a race against time for Emma and her friends to escape the dense woods alive.
The star-studded cast also includes “Scream” and Hell Fest‘s Bex Taylor-Klaus, Starry Eyes, “Midnight Mass” and Doctor Sleep‘s Alex Essoe, Ally Ioannides (from Synchronic), Cory Hart (“Fear the Walking Dead”), Ryan Donowho, Marc Senter and Juliette Kenn De Balinthazy.

The film is produced by Aaron B. Koontz of Paper Street Pictures and Sean E. DeMott of Execution Style Entertainment. Paul Holbrook of Hlbrk Ent. and Jane Badler of MeJane Productions also serve as producers. Leal Naim is the executive producer while Cameron Burns is the co-producer.
