Disney+ Announces Release Date Windows for Daredevil: Born Again, Ironheart Shows

At the Disney Upfront presentation on Tuesday, the much-anticipated release date windows for Daredevil: Born Again and Ironheart were unveiled.

Marvel enthusiasts were treated to some exciting news at the onset of Disney’s presentation in the heart of New York City. The early segment of the event disclosed that Daredevil: Born Again is slated to hit the screens in March 2025, while Ironheart is also set to debut in 2025, although a specific date is yet to be announced.

Both series will make their grand entrance on Disney+, under the new banner of “Marvel Television”, the freshly minted name for the studio responsible for all MCU-related content that will grace Disney+. Daredevil: Born Again has recently concluded production, with lead actor Charlie Cox sharing insights on how the series evolved.

What’s the scoop on both shows?

Daredevil: Born Again, under the stewardship of showrunner Dario Scardapane and directors Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead, will see the return of Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock, Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk/Kingpin, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle/ Punisher, and Wilson Bethel as Benjamin Poindexter/ Bullseye.

New faces joining the franchise include Sandrine Holt, Michael Gandolfini, Margarita Levieva, Michael Gaston, Nikki M. James, Arty Froushan, and Genneya Walton.

Ironheart, directed by Sam Bailey, boasts a star-studded cast featuring Dominique Thorne as Riri Williams/Ironheart, Anthony Ramos as Parker Robbins/The Hood, Alden Ehrenreich as Joe McGillicuddy, Lyric Ross as Natalie Washington, Matthew Elam as Xavier Washington, Anji White as Ronnie Williams, Manny Montana as Cousin John, Shea Coulee as Slug, and Sacha Baron Cohen in a yet-to-be-revealed role.

“Marvel Studios presents Ironheart, a captivating tale of teenage super genius Riri Williams (Dominique Thorne) who, clad in her iron suit, leaves MIT to return to her hometown of Chicago, only to find herself entangled in a web of danger and adventure,” reads the copyright filing’s description. “The thrilling journey kicks off in episode 101 as we are introduced to Riri.”
