“Dune: Prophecy” draws its inspiration from the novel “Sisterhood of Dune,” penned by Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson.

Burns, and Jon Spaihts are also executive producers, along with New York Times bestselling author Brian Herbert, Byron Merritt, and Kim Herbert representing the Frank Herbert estate.
