For years, the notorious Sinister Six have been a constant menace to our beloved Spider-Man, giving him a run for his money in his quest to keep the city safe.
While the team’s roster has seen its fair share of changes, their mission has always been crystal clear: to obliterate Spider-Man, no matter the cost. Now, the Ultimate Sinister Six is ready to wreak havoc in the Ultimate Universe, boasting a mix of familiar and fresh faces.
Get ready for the Ultimate Sinister Six’s grand debut in Ultimate Spider-Man #9. Under the leadership of the formidable Kingpin, Wilson Fisk, this new team has set its sights on both Spider-Man and the valiant Green Goblin. The full line-up is unveiled on both of the issue’s covers, with the stunning artwork brought to life by Marco Checchetto and Luciano Vecchio.
Feast your eyes on both covers and Marco Checchetto’s captivating designs of the Ultimate Sinister Six below.

Who Makes Up the Ultimate Sinister Six?
Joining the Kingpin are Mole Man, Black Cat, Mysterio, Kraven the Hunter, and Mister Negative. This unique line-up is intriguing for several reasons. Notably, only two members, Kraven and Mysterio, are from the original Earth-616 Sinister Six. Mole Man’s inclusion is also interesting, given his origins as a Fantastic Four adversary.

While Kingpin and Mister Negative are known Spider-Man foes, they’ve never been part of the Earth-616 team. However, Kingpin did assemble a similar group, the Insidious Six, in the 1994 Spider-Man animated series. Mister Negative was also a member of a Sinister Six in the 2018 Marvel’s Spider-Man video game.
The most surprising addition is Black Cat, who appears to be a male character rather than the familiar Felicia Hardy. It’s possible this character is Walter Hardy, Felicia’s father, who was known as the Black Fox in the Earth-616 universe and The Cat in the 1994 Spider-Man animated series. Regardless, it’s clear he’s not the seductive feline femme fatale who once stole Peter Parker’s heart.
Mark your calendars! Ultimate Spider-Man #9 hits comic shops everywhere on September 25, 2024.
