First teased in 2019, this fresh trailer plunges fans back into a chilling, 80s-inspired universe teeming with grotesque monsters, formidable demon lords, and heart-stopping boss battles.
The new trailer offers a tantalizing taste of Kingdom of Night’s electrifying gameplay. Expect high-octane battles that require strategic thinking, deft skills, and a deep understanding of the game’s diverse classes and abilities. With three primary classes and nine subclasses to choose from, you can tailor John’s epic battle against the forces of darkness to your unique play style.
Set in the quaint town of Miami, Arizona, in an alternate 198X, Kingdom of Night unfolds as a satanic cult inadvertently summons the ancient evil, Baphomet, plunging the town into pandemonium. You’ll step into the shoes of John, who, roused by the abduction of his neighbor, ventures into the night to combat the demonic onslaught, save his friends, and avert the apocalypse.
As an action-RPG, Kingdom of Night offers a skill tree divided into three branches, each boasting 10 unique talents. As you level up, you can distribute points across the branches of your class. Once you hit level 10 in your initial branch, you’re free to explore other branches, enabling you to fully personalize your gameplay.
In Kingdom of Night, you’re not alone in your fight against the forces of darkness. You can brave the campaign solo or join forces with a friend in local co-op. By combining different character classes, you can become an unstoppable force that strikes fear into the heart of the underworld.
